REACHING PRAGUE CONGRESS CENTER 
The Prague Congress Center is next to the Vyšehrad station on Line C of the Prague underground railway network​. ​Note that Passengers need a valid ticket to travel on the city public transport system. The ticket must be stamped as soon as you get on a bus, tram or metro station.

WEATHER

Temperatures steadily get warmer in Prague from March, when the spring season is in full bloom. At this time of year, the average temperature for the city starts off at 11°C, created by highs of 16°C during the daytime and lows of 6°C after dark. The temperatures continue to rise steadily making the final week of May the best time to visit if you want to experience Prague at its warmest.

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Conference to provide any financial assistance. For an invitation letter, please send your request via the Contact Us page​ on this website. Please make sure to send us your full name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number. An official invitation letter will be created and sent to you by e-mail within 5-7 working days.​​

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Conference Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
